PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Phong Nguyen’s green plastic roof tiles are made from super durable ASA and PVC plastic, blended with UV stabilizers, anti-oxidants, modifiers, and other chemical additives. They are manufactured using advanced European technology.
GENERAL FEATURES OF PHONG NGUYEN'S PLASTIC TILES
1. Excellent Weather Resistance and High Durability
Using a special chemical formula with anti-aging agents, combining primary PVC materials, UV stabilizers, antioxidants, and special additives, the tiles can transform the ultraviolet light from sunlight into thermal energy and dissipate it, preventing oxidation reactions between the air and the material. Additionally, the middle layer, processed with special materials, further blocks penetrating light and extends the lifespan of the tiles.
2. High Corrosion Resistance
This material, being quality-improved, retains the corrosion resistance of plastic and does not react chemically when submerged in alkali, salt, and acid solutions below 60% concentration for up to 24 hours. It is ideal for industrial and residential construction in areas with high corrosion such as coastal acid regions.
3. Excellent Sound Insulation
The complex structure and the special materials used in the middle layer reduce noise from heavy rain and strong winds. The tiles reduce noise by more than 30 dB compared to conventional plastic sheets.
4. Good Fire Resistance
The product has been tested and certified as B1 flame retardant material, indicating it is not easily flammable.
5. Exceptional Waterproofing
The material has a high density, does not absorb water, and the large sheet size reduces the number of roof joints, ensuring superior waterproofing.
6. Superior Load-Bearing Capacity
With excellent load-bearing capacity, the tiles do not crack or break under high-temperature conditions. They can withstand an additional load of 100 kg without cracking or damage.
7. Good Thermal Insulation and Heat Retention
The thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.325W/MK, which is 1/310 that of clay tiles and 1/5 that of cement tiles, providing effective sun protection.
8. High Impact Resistance
The tiles can endure strong impacts. In tests, a 1 kg steel ball was dropped from a height of 3.0 meters, and no cracks appeared in the tiles.
9. Excellent Electrical Insulation
Being an electrical insulator, this product remains unaffected even during accidental electrical discharges. It is safer to use than metal tiles, especially in areas near power lines or in regions with frequent lightning.
10. Environmentally Friendly
The product does not contain asbestos or radioactive elements and can be recycled, making it fully compliant with environmental protection requirements.
11. Quick Installation
The tiles are lightweight, easy to install, and easy to remove (only 4-6 sets of waterproofing accessories are required per square meter).
